Dr. Inna Khazan joins us to discus managing stress while dealing with the impact of the coronavirus. Dr. Khazan is an internationally known expert on biofeedback and mindfulness. In addition to a private practice, she is on the faculty of Harvard Medical School, consults with organizations around the world, and is the author of numerous articles and two fantastic books.
